What you will do

• Translate business requirements into clear operational deliveries.
• Oversee and execute projects related to the evolving operational environment.
• Identify and resolve pressure points to drive the team toward success.
• Define and ensure that business goals are translated into clear goals for KYC & Transaction monitoring teams.
• Collaborate with commercial, legal, and compliance stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience within KYC/AML in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services environments.
• Proven track record of driving production and increasing a team's delivery output.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• CV must be submitted in English.
