TL;DR

Business Analyst (V.I.E): Bridging the gap between business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions with an accent on process improvement and functional specification design. Focus on performing gap analysis, supporting UAT phases, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Onsite position).

What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT delivery teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis to evaluate existing systems against target requirements.
  • Design and improve business processes and technical solutions.
  • Support testing phases including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Communicate effectively with project teams to assist in user deployment.

Requirements

  • Eligible for the V.I.E program (under 29 years old).
  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of business process analysis and documentation methods.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
  • Ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French or Dutch.
