TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA). Expectation to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $220,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and connect processes within and beyond the People Services team.
- Map processes end-to-end to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement.
- Design and build improved processes, partnering with technical teams for implementation.
- Improve cross-functional processes by collaborating with other People teams and teams across the organization (IT, Security, Legal, Finance).
- Manage the employee support experience, focusing on improving tooling and analyzing data for continuous improvement.
- Build and manage automated processes to audit and maintain the quality of workforce data.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in People/HR Operations, scaling People Ops functions in-house.
- Hands-on experience converting manual processes into scalable systems.
- Ability to learn systems quickly and understand how they work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Ability to form strong cross-functional partnerships to collaborate on processes.
- Experience managing processes and data in enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday) and employee support through ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
Nice to have
- Experience using light code (e.g., Google Apps Script) to optimize People Ops processes.
- Experience using AI to build new People Ops workflows.
- Experience with internal controls and enterprise audits (e.g., SOC 2, SOX, ISO).
