What you will do
- Manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, and extensions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and internal systems.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure Day 1 readiness.
- Track attendance, leave records, and support payroll reporting.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate insurance claims.
- Execute offboarding procedures and handle final documentation and asset tracking.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and spreadsheet workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Service-oriented mindset with clear communication abilities.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
