People Operations Partner (HRIS): Managing and optimizing HRIS systems and automation initiatives to transform people processes with an accent on data integrity and workplace efficiency. Location: Must be based in France, the United Kingdom, or Canada

What you will do

  • hirify.globalte with stakeholders to identify HRIS requirements and integration opportunities.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on HRIS, driving automation and providing technical support.
  • Lead the design and implementation of automation to optimize People Operations processes.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and ISO standards.
  • Provide coaching and act as a trusted advisor to line managers on POps-related issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Must be based in France, the United Kingdom, or Canada.
  • Proven experience with HRIS management and system processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR data migration or HRIS implementation.
  • Software development background or experience scripting with Deluge.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience in coaching and training.
  • French language proficiency.
