What you will do

• Manage HR documentation including employment letters, extensions, and standard records.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure system access and Day 1 readiness.
• Administer attendance, leave tracking, and payroll-related reporting.
• Support benefits administration, including insurance enrollment and claims.
• Execute offboarding procedures and perform regular HR data compliance audits.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organizational workflows.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and spreadsheet management.
• Clear communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Must be located in Beijing, China.
