What you will do

  • Own and drive the planning and execution of organization-wide compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity programs.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable total rewards.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to refine and scale compensation structures and job architecture.
  • Develop clear communications to articulate total rewards strategy and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within HRIS platforms to ensure scalable rewards administration.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Extensive experience in total rewards, compensation analysis, and program management, ideally within fintech or financial services.
  • Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end design and administration of complex equity, merit, and bonus plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using benchmarking methodologies (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Carta).
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and compensation planning tools, with a track record of building structure in high-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Workday HRIS and advanced compensation modules.
  • Exposure to global equity program management and international compensation practices.
  • Experience transitioning companies from stock options to RSUs.
  • Background in trading or hedge fund compensation models.
