What you will do
- Define and execute the sales strategy, processes, and priorities to scale the business.
- Drive active B2B client acquisition through outbound efforts and professional networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful merchant onboarding.
- Negotiate deals with key merchants and partners across international markets.
- Optimize the CRM pipeline and track key performance metrics.
- Represent the company at international fintech and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in fintech, payment solutions, or high-risk verticals.
- Successful track record of closing international merchant deals end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of crypto and fiat payment processes, PSP models, and integrations.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency required.
- Result-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
Nice to have
- Existing professional network in the payments or high-risk industry.
- Direct experience working with Asia, MENA, and European markets.
- History of participation in key industry events like SBC, SiGMA, or Money20/20.
