What you will do

• Trade stablecoins and derivatives for on/off-ramp funding, hedging, and yield generation.
• Track and optimize collateral across multiple venues and business lines.
• Develop operational memos and runbooks for funding facilities in CeFi and DeFi.
• Manage external funding partnerships to expand capital borrowing capabilities.
• Analyze market trends and risk levels to lead infrastructure and strategy improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trading, business operations, or financial systems.
• Proven background in crypto markets or fintech.
• Expertise in structuring complex financial products for institutions and startups.
• Advanced risk management skills and experience developing control frameworks.
• Must be located in or work from Argentina, Singapore, or Brazil.
