Category Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Category Manager (Fintech): Managing B2B 3rd party Connectivity Network spend of the Americas region with an accent on renewal dates and procurement levers to optimize spend. Focus on negotiations, alternate products, and alternate suppliers.

Location: HU-Debrecen-Forest Offices. Hybrid working model, 3 days together, 2 wherever.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of Americas regional procurement plans and sourcing activities.
• Provide solutions for customer bids / contracts.
• Contract management of the Telco suppliers.
• Support new Product and supplier launches.
• Assist with Service Delivery and Service Assurance for Telco products.
• Lead contract/process, Governance and Compliance.

Requirements

• Results orientated and driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience within a fast-paced Procurement/ Commercially focused business function.
• 5-10 years experience within the Procurement function, with strong strategic and tactical procurement skills.
• Strong business knowledge in Telco Category, customer solutions, portfolio purchasing and in-country add-ons.
• Fluent Spanish, in addition to English, is required for this position.
• Effective relationship management skills & ability with stakeholders within a matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage complex, strategic and commercial requirements between BT and Suppliers, deliver projects and results on time and in full.
