What you will do

• Design, implement, and review policies for granting, maintaining, and expanding B2B credit limits.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency, bad debt, and payment behavior across the active portfolio.
• Conduct studies to define pricing, calibrating commercial conditions based on risk levels to ensure balance between competitiveness and contribution margin.
• Collaborate with the Data team to create Credit Scoring and Behavior Scoring models specific to hirify.global’s business model.
• Act as an internal consultant for Sales and Customer Success teams, balancing portfolio growth with financial health.
• Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related quantitative fields.
• Proven track record in B2B Credit Risk, specifically in developing credit policies, limit management, and risk-based pricing.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Hands-on experience in building or calibrating automated decision engines and credit scoring models (Application & Behavior).
• Deep understanding of corporate financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow), especially for the SME (PME) segment and SaaS/Recurring revenue models.
• Advanced English is required for global collaboration, as you will interact with international teams to share best practices and align strategies.
