What you will do

• Lead end-to-end investigations of complex fraud cases and attacks across hirify.global Business markets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage fraud reporting obligations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare executive-level summaries on significant fraud trends, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize key fraud performance metrics including investigation SLAs and rule precision.
• Design and implement scalable fraud prevention frameworks for B2B and B2C ecosystems.
• Act as a fraud advisor for B2B clients and partner with Sales, Product, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• 3+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, or investigations within the fintech or payments industry.
• Proven background in managing fraud risk specifically for corporate clients and understanding complex transaction patterns.
• Ability to perform rapid risk assessments and make high-stakes decisions during active fraud incidents.
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience documenting scalable fraud processes.
• Experience with fraud typologies and payment systems (PIX, SPEI, ACH) in LATAM and the U.S. is preferred.
