What you will do

• Originate, price, and execute OTC trades across crypto spot and derivatives markets.
• Develop and grow client relationships, driving trading volumes and institutional revenue.
• Manage risk and exposure in real-time, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks.
• Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and pricing to optimize trade execution.
• Collaborate with quant and technology teams to enhance pricing and client offerings.
• Contribute to the expansion of the OTC franchise across global regions and products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in crypto OTC trading or sales trading.
• Consistent track record of revenue generation and growing client flow.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets including liquidity dynamics and derivatives.
• Established relationships across institutional clients, funds, or HNW counterparties.
• Strong commercial acumen for identifying profitable trading opportunities.
