• Lead and deliver battery pack projects adhering to international SOP standards.
• Design and implement innovative CTP/CTC battery structures.
• Develop and optimize advanced battery pack grouping methodologies.
• Execute 3D modeling using CATIA and performance simulations via MATLAB.
• Conduct thorough DFMEA for project development and reliability.
• Ensure full project compliance with IATF16949 quality standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field.
• Sophisticated proficiency in MATLAB and CATIA.
• Proven track record of completing 3+ international SOP battery pack projects.
• Deep understanding of DFMEA and IATF16949 standards.
• English proficiency required and ability to travel frequently.
