What you will do

• Lead software development and validation activities for electrified powertrain and transmission control systems.
• Own delivery responsibility for software modules across global programs.
• Oversee commissioning, debugging, and optimization of electrified powershifting transmission systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of software with vehicle system architectures and communication networks.
• Implement functional safety standards and maintain rigorous validation processes.
• Mentor and manage technical personnel within the global software and control team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development or powertrain calibration.
• Core experience in model-based design using Matlab/Simulink or Ascet-SD.
• Deep understanding of vehicle communication networks like CAN, CAN-FD, and XCP.
• Knowledge of functional safety, cybersecurity, and ISO26262 standards.
• Proven track record in automated transmission and electrified powertrain control.

Nice to have

• Experience managing technical and global resources.
• Proficiency with calibration tools such as CANape.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
