Salary: $103,000 - $131,000 + 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate virtual and in-person marketing programs across the Americas Theater to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Partner with Sales and Territory Field Marketers to drive event registration and engagement.
• Manage logistics and execution for hirify.global Days-in-a-Box and related activations.
• Oversee direct mail and gifting programs tied to regional priorities.
• Track program performance, ROI, and pipeline impact using Salesforce, hirify.global, and Tableau.
• Develop project plans and facilitate clear communication across cross-functional marketing teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within B2B tech/SaaS.
• Strong proficiency with marketing automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua) and Salesforce.
• Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% for key programs and team collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing ROI.
