TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA, and work from the office 3 days per week.

Compensation: $158,000–$206,800

What you will do

  • Design and execute regional marketing programs, including executive roundtables and industry events.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to align marketing strategies with territory priorities.
  • Manage regional pipeline goals and track marketing-sourced opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Develop targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams on campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize program effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field or demand generation marketing within B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Must be able to work from the Menlo Park office 3 days per week.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working effectively within a quota-carrying sales environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with high-growth technology platforms or observability products.
