Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage a territory of 100 existing customers through the full lifecycle of renewals and expansions.
  • Articulate ROI and business value to C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Network with executive and senior business sponsors to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain a 3X pipeline coverage and report accurate weekly revenue forecasts to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global Alliances and Channels Ecosystem to drive co-sell and re-sell motions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management roles
  • 2+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence C-suite personas
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and internal conferences
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
