TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving analytic-led digital transformation for Global 2000 customers with an accent on enterprise software sales and C-suite relationship management. Location: Remote (Canada, specifically Quebec)

Salary: $150,000–$162,500 CAD base (x2 OTE)

What you will do

  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans to identify and close new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives including CFOs, CIOs, and CDOs.
  • Orchestrate internal resources including Sales Engineering, Value Engineering, and Customer Success to progress complex deals.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline and collaborate with marketing and alliance partners to drive growth.
  • Demonstrate the value of the hirify.global analytics platform to key organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in enterprise software.
  • 5+ years of experience selling six-to-seven figure deals to C-level executives at Global 2000 companies.
  • Proven track record in Value Selling methodologies and enterprise license partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and complex sales cycles.
  • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
