What you will do

• Develop modular design systems and patterns that unify traditional financial workflows with crypto-native interfaces.
• Lead complex, open-ended design initiatives from strategy and research through to high-fidelity implementation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve high-stakes challenges related to institutional asset security and efficiency.
• Anticipate user needs and translate complex technical requirements into accessible, scalable product solutions.
• Partner with leadership to align design outputs with the broader strategic goals of the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing complex enterprise-grade products.
• Proven track record designing for crypto, fintech, or traditional banking platforms.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong portfolio showcasing deep conceptual thinking and high-quality design work across Web and iOS.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partnerships and articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience designing specifically for institutional users in the digital finance or custody space.
