What you will do

• Take ownership of complex design challenges within the Onboarding team to improve user access to products.
• Create forward-thinking designs that elevate brand standards and set new benchmarks for industry excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and engineers to craft exceptional user experiences.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data, including A/B testing, to drive design decisions and measurable results.
• Contribute to design reviews, seeking and providing constructive feedback to improve team-wide standards.
• Evolve the design language to ensure visual alignment across mobile and desktop platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of proven end-to-end product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work
• Experience working with KYC or compliance-heavy design requirements
• Strong proficiency in UX and visual design principles
• Expertise in prototyping tools and human-centered research methods
