What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design for acquisition surfaces, landing pages, and sign-up flows.
• Translate high-end visual concepts into commercially effective, high-converting digital funnels.
• Execute designs across the full spectrum from low-fidelity prototyping to production-ready assets.
• Contribute directly to production using AI-assisted tools like Cursor.
• Integrate user research and behavioural data to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure strategic alignment and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand
• Strong experience in product design with a portfolio demonstrating high-level visual craft.
• Active experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or v0 in daily workflows.
• Deep understanding of the impact of design on conversion rates and business growth.
• Proven ability to utilize A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Effective communication skills to articulate design rationales across cross-functional teams.
