Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and scaling financial ecosystem products including deposit, staking, and account management flows with an accent on system-level consistency and cross-product usability. Focus on conducting discovery sessions, evolving design systems, and driving complex design initiatives to completion within the crypto and banking domain.

Location: Remote-first, open to candidates from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

Design and maintain consistent UX across multiple products and platforms within the ecosystem.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align on cross-product initiatives.
Participate in discovery sessions, hypothesis testing, and user research to guide design decisions.
Maintain and evolve the design system to support scalability and consistency.
Take ownership of complex, system-wide design tasks and drive them to completion.
Propose improvements that enhance overall ecosystem usability and user satisfaction.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design.
Mandatory experience in fintech products such as deposits, accounts, savings, or lending flows.
Strong UX thinking with a focus on system-level and cross-product consistency.
Ability to work independently and make strong product decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
English proficiency: B1/B2 or higher.

Nice to have

Experience in the crypto industry.
