What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex web and mobile applications from discovery to final delivery.
• Champion user needs across diverse global B2B and B2C segments throughout the development lifecycle.
• Shape and evolve design processes, rituals, and standards for better collaboration and efficiency.
• Integrate AI tools thoughtfully into the design workflow to improve creativity.
• Manage multiple feature launches and ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to advocate for user experience in API-based products.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design across multiple end-user touchpoints.
• Experience leading design teams and aligning them around product strategy.
• Strong systems-level thinking and experience defining design standards.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and user-centric design strategy.
• Familiarity with working on API-based products and understanding technical implementation constraints.
