What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering leadership to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Own and drive large segments of the end-to-end user experience.
• Mentor and coach product designers to foster a culture of design excellence.
• Align individual design solutions into a cohesive and seamless user experience.
• Champion user-centered design principles and promote a holistic product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and product managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design with a track record of leading strategic initiatives.
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design, user-centered design, and service design.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead designers in a collaborative environment.
• Strong experience collaborating with product and engineering leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, procurement, or payments-related SaaS products.
• Familiarity with design systems and front-end workflows.
• Interest or experience in AI and automation features.
