Compensation: $157,000 - $200,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage administration for assigned customer accounts to increase sales momentum and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop deep relationships with multiple buying personas within prospect accounts to connect business objectives with company solutions.
  • Own renewals for accounts with an annual target range of $100K–$250K.
  • Drive expansion opportunities and establish new footholds through independent customer outreach and negotiations.
  • Align with Strategic or Enterprise Account Executives to execute account coverage strategies and identify key growth trends.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on customer objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada (British Columbia or Ontario).
  • 2–5 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Proven proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Capability to travel 10–25% as needed.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth environment requiring independent judgment.
