Salary: $200,000–$265,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and architect major product features using advanced AI to enhance clinical workflows.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks before they impact customers.
• Lead high-impact technical initiatives while balancing feature delivery and technical debt reduction.
• Maintain high codebase standards and foster efficient engineering processes.
• Collaborate across teams to build scalable, production-grade AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in complex, zero-to-one software engineering projects.
• Proficiency with modern infrastructure including AWS or GCP and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with database technologies like Postgres and message queuing systems like Kafka or SQS.
• Ability to own technical execution from concept to deployment.
• Willingness to work across the full stack when necessary.
• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco for a hybrid 3x/week schedule.
