What you will do

• Build high-trust partnerships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders across health systems.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, coordinating discovery, technical integration, and go-live execution.
• Drive adoption from pilot programs through full-scale enterprise rollouts to ensure measurable clinical and financial impact.
• Collaborate with product and success teams to influence the roadmap using structured feedback from customer deployments.
• Deliver executive-level ROI narratives and QBRs to secure long-term buy-in and partnership growth.
• Develop and document repeatable playbooks and frameworks for the Care Transformation team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare transformation, health tech implementation, customer success, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of converting pilot initiatives into long-term enterprise contracts.
• Strong ability to communicate fluently across clinical, operational, and executive functions.
• Ability to work independently in high-ambiguity environments and take extreme ownership of outcomes.
• Must be able to support up to 30% travel across the U.S. for stakeholder meetings and onsite customer support.
