What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors, IT stakeholders, and operational leaders in healthcare.
- Develop and execute success plans to drive measurable outcomes, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs, establishing governance and risk management frameworks.
- Leverage healthcare industry expertise to identify high-impact automation opportunities in areas like Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Operations.
- Coordinate internal resources across Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure customer success.
- Translate technical AI and automation capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs with executive governance.
- Ability to translate complex provider-specific healthcare challenges into automation opportunities.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience building business cases and achieving measurable customer outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Nice to have
- Experience within a healthcare provider organization or health system.
- Direct experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Access, or Clinical Operations.
- Background in management consulting or enterprise program leadership.
- Experience with SaaS, AI, or digital transformation platforms.
- Advanced degree.
