What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors, IT stakeholders, and operational leaders in healthcare.
  • Develop and execute success plans to drive measurable outcomes, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs, establishing governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Leverage healthcare industry expertise to identify high-impact automation opportunities in areas like Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Operations.
  • Coordinate internal resources across Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure customer success.
  • Translate technical AI and automation capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with executives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs with executive governance.
  • Ability to translate complex provider-specific healthcare challenges into automation opportunities.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience building business cases and achieving measurable customer outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a healthcare provider organization or health system.
  • Direct experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Access, or Clinical Operations.
  • Background in management consulting or enterprise program leadership.
  • Experience with SaaS, AI, or digital transformation platforms.
  • Advanced degree.
