TL;DR

Director of Customer Marketing (SaaS): Leading enterprise lifecycle marketing programs to deepen customer engagement and drive platform adoption with an accent on executive relationship building and strategic storytelling. Focus on architecting end-to-end customer journey strategies, managing advisory boards, and scaling advocacy initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote).

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 plus bonus & equity.

What you will do

  • Design and lead enterprise-focused lifecycle marketing programs to drive platform adoption and expansion.
  • Architect a cohesive customer content strategy covering the entire journey from onboarding to long-term advocacy.
  • Own the global Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program and lead executive engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to coordinate go-to-market motions for renewals and cross-selling.
  • Develop and scale customer advocacy programs, including case studies, video stories, and executive summits.
  • Measure engagement metrics and translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in customer, enterprise, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven track record in building executive-level engagement programs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS customer journeys.
  • Strong background in content strategy, event design, and customer storytelling.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US in compliance with U.S. export controls.
