What you will do

  • Own the production of technical case studies, video testimonials, and joint press releases.
  • Build collaborative relationships with security leaders to elevate their professional brands through shared industry wins.
  • Manage company presence and verified feedback on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Drive sales momentum by maintaining a high-velocity reference engine and managing reference calls.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to coordinate advocacy targets and maintain operational rigour.
  • Develop narrative support for customers speaking at industry-leading conferences like RSA and Black Hat.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or product marketing in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.
  • Proven track record of navigating PR and Legal requirements within Global 2000 organizations.
  • Ability to engage effectively with CISOs and senior security leaders.
  • Strong narrative skills to translate complex technical security outcomes for both practitioners and C-suite.
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in creating scalable processes and managing projects.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams.
