TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute innovative growth programs across diverse digital and non-digital channels.
  • Design and analyze rapid A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
  • Track growth metrics using dashboards to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities through partnerships, influencer campaigns, and emerging communities.
  • Collaborate with AI Lab product, engineering, and design teams to drive user engagement.
  • Iterate on the marketing playbook by staying ahead of growth trends and competitor tactics.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing with a proven record of shipping successful campaigns.
  • Must be located in the US and willing to travel to NYC periodically.
  • Technically proficient with marketing automation tools like n8n, Zapier, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Deep understanding of organic growth levers like SEO, social media, and community building.
  • Startup mindset characterized by agility, resourcefulness, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, Crypto, or AI product growth.
  • Expertise in CRO and UX optimization.
  • Background in viral, referral, or community-led growth strategies.
