TL;DR

Account Executive (Banking): Generating and closing net new sales opportunities with regional banks and credit unions with an accent on identity decisioning platforms and fraud risk. Focus on managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, building pipeline within an assigned territory, and executing consultative sales strategies.

Location: Must be based in New York City and work from the Union Square office Tuesday-Thursday.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end sales strategies to close new business with community banks and credit unions.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering to present the platform value and technical capabilities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and prospecting strategies for assigned territories.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and lead the full sales cycle through to close.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within financial institutions.
  • Must be based in New York City or willing to commute to the Union Square office 3 days a week.
  • Deep understanding of the digital banking and fintech ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-threaded sales cycles and complex stakeholder maps.
  • Strong consultative discovery, research, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
