Salary: $160,000–$187,000

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and operations for Product and Engineering, fostering a high-performing culture.
- Manage core team rhythms including quarterly planning, offsites, and All Hands meetings.
- Improve product development processes and tooling, including triage, feature requests, and roadmap planning.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Develop analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track product success and engineering impact.
- Maintain and optimize launch motions to ensure reliable product shipping.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product, product operations, engineering, or related operations.
- Must be able to work hybrid from our New York City office three days a week.
- Proven track record of building and scaling internal processes and programs from scratch.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Pendo, Jellyfish, and Notion.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
