Salary: $220,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for tax reporting solutions.
• Translate evolving global tax regulations into actionable product specifications.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and development to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Design teams.
• Engage with clients and market stakeholders to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
• Oversee product architecture related to tax data ingestion, reconciliation, and reporting output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or tax technology.
• Demonstrated success in launching complex regulatory or data-driven products.
• Deep understanding of financial data systems, APIs, cloud-based platforms, and SaaS models.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to navigate high-complexity regulatory frameworks and translate them into system requirements.
