What you will do
- Leverage Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, and Scrum.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and boundaries.
- Monitor project tasks, performance, and timelines to ensure alignment with plans.
- Provide clear and consistent updates on project plans, execution, and development status to key stakeholders and team members.
- Lead Agile sprint planning meetings, assign tasks, and allocate resources to maximize team productivity and success.
- Exhibit a servant leadership style, fostering collaboration and empowering team members to fulfil their roles effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably within an Agile environment and using project management tools such as JIRA or similar platform.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, and Scrum.
- Proven experience in planning, tracking, and prioritizing complex project workflows, including breaking down large initiatives into actionable tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
