Salary: $165,000–$202,500 per year

What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap for medical, dental, and vision insurance offerings.
• Partner with design and engineering to navigate the product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Conduct deep user research to inform strategy and product feature prioritization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, deadlines, and technical trade-offs.
• Drive collaboration across pods and internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance product value and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within a modern technology business.
• Demonstrated expertise in the full product development lifecycle (PDLC).
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems for team execution.
• Proven background in shipping continuous improvements to at-scale product portfolios.
• Solid understanding of engineering concepts and technical tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience building products in highly regulated domains like fintech or healthcare.
• Background in computer science or technical leadership.
• Experience in a high-growth company, founder, or GM capacity.
