What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for broker-related offerings and enhancements.
• Write comprehensive PRDs including functional specifications, user workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct technical reviews and ensure alignment on implementation.
• Partner with Security and Compliance teams to maintain regulatory and broker security standards.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather feature requirements.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and broker partners through demos, training, and competitive evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience in the Equity Management space.
• Deep understanding of equity compensation principles such as RSUs, stock options, and ESPP.
• Strong knowledge of broker transactional environments, specifically the FIX protocol.
• Proven ability to deliver complex SaaS modules from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 or higher.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Background in platform migrations or large-scale system implementations.
