TL;DR

Senior Strategic Partnership Executive (Fintech): Driving rapid growth within the banking vertical by managing an expanding partner ecosystem and delivering joint go-to-market initiatives. Focus on cultivating multi-threaded relationships, executing sales strategies for digital banking platforms, and identifying opportunities to scale product adoption through channel partnerships.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York City (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $135,000–$170,000

What you will do

  • Manage a strategic portfolio of channel partners to drive revenue, sales velocity, and product adoption.
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans defining clear success criteria for both organizations.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across partner C-suite, sales leadership, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate on sales cycles for large and mid-market banking opportunities alongside internal sales teams.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to report on partnership sales and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and seminars to build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or alliances at high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Deep experience and credibility within the digital banking ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of developing partnership strategies that result in measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in digital banking and online account opening platform workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex product dynamics into compelling narratives.
