Salary: $135,000–$170,000

What you will do
- Manage a strategic portfolio of channel partners to drive revenue, sales velocity, and product adoption.
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans defining clear success criteria for both organizations.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across partner C-suite, sales leadership, and technical teams.
- Collaborate on sales cycles for large and mid-market banking opportunities alongside internal sales teams.
- Analyze key performance indicators to report on partnership sales and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and seminars to build brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or alliances at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Deep experience and credibility within the digital banking ecosystem.
- Proven track record of developing partnership strategies that result in measurable revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in digital banking and online account opening platform workflows.
- Ability to translate complex product dynamics into compelling narratives.
