What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and support Cloud Services Advisors across NAM and LATAM through regular 1:1 sessions and deal reviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and performance development for new team members.
  • Manage a limited personal pipeline of complex or strategic accounts to maintain market proximity.
  • Join high-stakes customer calls to model best-practice sales behaviors and support deal progression.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and optimize enablement strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and channel partners.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico
  • English proficiency required for application and communication
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales within cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of mentoring or leading sales professionals.
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and coach across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing engagements.
