What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts using calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context and next steps.
- Engage senior stakeholders like CISOs and CIOs regarding security and compliance.
- Identify and validate use cases such as GDPR, crisis communication, and shadow IT replacement.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and track performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead follow-up and messaging strategies.
Requirements
- Must have 1+ years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Proven record of hitting activity and meeting targets.
- Strong cold outreach and multi-channel prospecting skills.
- Must be fluent in both English and German.
- Ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Exposure to cybersecurity or compliance topics.
- Knowledge of sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or BANT.
- Background in selling to regulated industries like finance or public sector.
