What you will do
- Generate a sales pipeline from scratch through cold outreach, networking, and social media.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, demos, stakeholder mapping, and contract closing.
- Apply consultative selling strategies to identify and capture high-value GenAI use cases.
- Collaborate with the product team to advocate for necessary localizations and market adaptations.
- Track competitor activity, policy shifts, and market trends impacting AI adoption.
Requirements
- Native-level Norwegian and proficiency in English required.
- 1–2 years of sales experience or equivalent high-achieving background.
- Proven ability to independently generate and close leads in competitive environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage or fast-paced startup settings.
- Ability to travel regularly within Norway and collaborate cross-market.
