What you will do
- Act as the primary operational contact for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead routine governance meetings, operational reviews, and performance discussions with MSPs.
- Monitor and validate performance metrics, dashboards, and operational insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end contingent worker processes, including request, onboarding, management, and offboarding.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement enhancements to streamline sourcing and reduce complexity.
- Provide guidance and operational support to business stakeholders regarding MSP workflows and workforce standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing MSPs, vendor management systems, or outsourced staffing programs.
- Solid understanding of contingent workforce models and supplier ecosystems.
- Strong background in workforce compliance, regulatory environments, and procurement principles.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Must be based in Europe.
