What you will do

  • Manage vendor onboarding, contract compliance, and invoice processing for recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor and report expenditures while maintaining accurate process maps and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with the People Insight team to build dashboards and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Administer the Employee Referral Program and coordinate service payments.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation solutions to enhance TA team workflows.
  • Provide operational support to cross-functional stakeholders in Finance and Procurement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment operations, or HR operations.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in building dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS or HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex procurement and vendor management workflows.
