TL;DR

HR Systems Analyst (Hibob): Managing core HRIS architecture, data workflows, and PX process automation for a global healthcare platform with an accent on standardization, scalability, and system integration. Focus on driving automation initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance, and collaborating across PX functions to optimize the end-to-end employee journey.

Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid office/remote flexibility available). Must already have the legal right to work in the location of the role; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the HRIS (Hibob) data architecture, including workflows, permissions, and system integrations.
  • Lead implementation and migration projects for new HR tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Define and evolve PX (People Experience) processes to ensure standardization, scalability, and compliance.
  • Drive automation of HR workflows, exploring and implementing potential AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, BI, and People partners on the end-to-end employee journey.
  • Monitor data quality and reporting to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with at least 1-2 years in a global tech scaleup environment.
  • Proven track record as a system administrator and project lead for HRIS implementation.
  • Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data and system requirements.
  • Must possess current legal right to work in Spain.
