What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Drive client retention and prevent churn by proactively managing relationships.
- Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities to increase client LTV.
- Liaise with the internal ad operations team to optimize client performance.
- Manage pipelines and communication effectively via CRM.
- Report directly to the Head of Commercial in China or AM lead.
Requirements
- Must be based in Beijing, China
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and adtech.
- Language proficiency: Native Chinese and professional working proficiency in English.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the mobile gaming market.
- Prior experience with market research tools for prospecting.
