What you will do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market business plan aligned with regional indirect sales objectives.
  • Build an autonomous partner ecosystem to generate incremental new license revenue.
  • Create and communicate business plans for specific partners to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build trust with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources to manage the full sales process effectively.
  • Exceed sales targets as a primary quota carrier in the indirect channel.

Requirements

  • Location: Ability to work in Hong Kong.
  • Demonstrated success in both direct and indirect sales roles.
  • In-depth understanding of pipeline management, business practices, and industry trends.
  • Extensive existing network of software resellers and system integrators in the market.
  • Strong leadership and partner development skills.
