TL;DR

National Channel Director (AI): Managing and growing strategic partnerships with Technology Services Distributors (TSDs) to drive pipeline growth and sales of AI-powered CCaaS solutions with an accent on partner engagement strategy and quota achievement. Focus on building and executing go-to-market plans, recruiting channel talent, and aligning internal resources to scale market penetration.

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $280,000 – $300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly strategies for assigned TSD and strategic partnerships.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor Channel Sales Managers to support regional growth.
  • Identify and engage in-market CX/AI-focused partners to build pipeline and drive sales.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to measure success and ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to drive partner enablement, co-marketing, and training events.
  • Manage opportunity forecasting and ensure sales process alignment for deal closure.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 7-10+ years of technology sales and channel sales experience
  • Proven experience within the Technology Services Distributor (TSD) community
  • Experience selling CCaaS or related AI solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings, events, and networking
