What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing inbound SDR organization.
- Maintain a sub-3-minute response time for all inbound inquiries.
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and live call shadowing to coach for technical proficiency and sales mindset.
- Create and execute scalable internal playbooks and operating procedures for global processes.
- Manage team performance via Salesforce dashboards and provide pipeline forecasts to leadership.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to optimize lead quality and hand-off processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-performing sales development teams.
- Deep understanding of inbound lead nurturing and speed-to-lead methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach.
- Strong analytical mindset for reporting and identifying data-driven performance trends.
- Minimum 2–3 years in quota-carrying sales and 1+ years in sales leadership.
- Ability to work onsite in Manila, Philippines.
