TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office), must be based in Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

  • Execute the regional growth strategy to deliver annual service sales targets.
  • Identify and engage key customers to uncover new service opportunities.
  • Negotiate technical and commercial terms for conventional service contracts.
  • Analyze market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Lead the development of sales tools and support materials.
  • Maintain data accuracy for all sales activities within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, ideally within energy storage, clean tech, or renewables.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on ownership and results.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manila, Philippines.

  • Fluency in Mandarin.
